Oil Pan Gasket - seals the oil pan (sump) to the cylinder block on the 4.4L V8 diesel engine.

It forms the oil-tight joint between the sump and the block, containing the engine oil within the lubrication system and preventing leaks at the pan mating face. Renewed whenever the oil pan is removed.
