The clutch transmits drive from the engine flywheel to the gearbox input shaft and disengages it when the pedal is depressed, allowing smooth gear changes. This two-piece kit comprises the clutch cover (pressure plate) and the driven friction plate.

The concentric slave cylinder is not part of this kit and should be renewed separately when the clutch is replaced.
