Thermostat and Housing assembly for the engine cooling circuit on the 5.0L supercharged V8 petrol engine (AJ133).

The thermostat regulates coolant flow between the engine and radiator, staying closed during warm-up to bring the engine to operating temperature quickly, then opening to release coolant to the radiator. It is supplied preassembled in its housing as a single serviceable unit.
