Air Suspension Compressor from the air supply unit of the four-corner electronic air suspension system.

The compressor draws in ambient air, compresses it, and delivers it through the integral air drier to the valve block, which routes it on to the reservoir and the four air springs. It is the unit that lifts the vehicle to the selected ride height and tops the system back up after it bleeds down, running under command of the air suspension control module.

Output falls away as the piston seal wears and the drier desiccant saturates. Slow raising, a vehicle sitting low after standing overnight, and compressor over-run or timeout faults logged by the control module are the usual signs.
