Engine Mounting Bracket - bracket in the powertrain mounting assembly.

It forms the rigid link between the engine and its mounting point, carrying engine weight and torque reaction into the body-side mounting while the mount rubber isolates vibration from the structure. Fitted to 2.0L four-cylinder Ingenium applications (AJ200 petrol, AJ21D4 diesel and AJ200P plug-in hybrid).

The engine must be supported on a suitable cradle or hoist before the bracket is unbolted.
