Front Shock Absorber, right-hand side, forming part of the front suspension damping.

The damper is mounted between the front suspension assembly and the body-side upper mounting. It controls wheel movement over the spring and damps body roll, pitch and rebound, keeping the tyre loaded against the road surface.

Dampers work as a matched pair across an axle and are best replaced in pairs so that left and right damping characteristics remain equal. The left-hand side unit is supplied separately under LR142070.
