Window Regulator and Motor - complete front door glass lift assembly, left-hand side.

The regulator carries the door glass on a guided rail and raises and lowers it under power from the integrated electric window motor. It mounts to the inner panel of the front door behind the trim card and is supplied as a single unit with the motor already fitted, so the drive and the lift mechanism are renewed together.

Worn lift cables, a seized guide or a failed motor show up as slow, noisy or intermittent glass travel, or as glass that drops back into the door. Replacing the complete assembly restores normal operation.
