Frequently asked questions

What is the NTC1630 fuel pipe used for?
The NTC1630 fuel pipe carries fuel in the supply line on the Range Rover Classic and Land Rover Defender. It's a metal fuel pipe section forming part of the fuel delivery run from the tank area.
Which models does this fuel pipe fit?
This fuel pipe fits the Range Rover Classic (up to 1994) with metal fuel tank diesel engines up to VIN HA610293, later Classic from VIN JA610294, plus early diesel Land Rover Defenders. Confirm your model, engine and VIN before ordering.
Why does a fuel pipe need replacing?
Fuel pipes fail through corrosion and chafing, which can weaken the pipe and cause fuel weeps. A pitted or leaking fuel pipe is a fire and running risk, so it's usually replaced once corrosion or seepage shows.
