Frequently asked questions

What is the PCC500670B radiator assembly used for?
The PCC500670B radiator assembly manages engine cooling on the Range Rover L322 with the 4.4 V8 EFI or 4.2 V8 supercharged petrol engine. Coolant circulates through its core and sheds heat to passing air, keeping the V8 within its normal running temperature.
Which cooling parts connect to this L322 radiator?
On the Range Rover L322 the radiator connects to the top and bottom coolant hoses and the coolant expansion tank, and sits ahead of the viscous cooling fan. The air-conditioning condenser typically mounts in front of it, so both are exposed to airflow through the front grille.
Why do Range Rover L322 radiators fail?
Range Rover L322 radiators usually fail through cracked plastic end tanks, corroded cores, or seeping seams, all of which lose coolant and cause overheating. Age, heat cycling, and debris impact are typical causes on the V8 petrol cars. Replacing the radiator prevents running the engine hot.
How do I confirm this radiator fits my L322?
Confirm fitment by checking your Range Rover L322 has the 4.4 V8 EFI or 4.2 V8 supercharged petrol engine, which this radiator is listed for. Diesel L322 models use a different radiator. Using your VIN to verify the exact engine and build avoids ordering the wrong cooling part.
