Anti-Roll Bar Bush - Rear
Moulded rubber insulator for the rear anti-roll bar, part of the rear cross member and stabiliser bar assembly.

The bush sits between the anti-roll bar and its mounting bracket on the rear cross member, holding the bar in position while allowing it to rotate as the suspension articulates. It also isolates the bar from the structure, damping transmitted noise and vibration. Two are fitted per vehicle.

Worn or split bushes allow the bar to move laterally in its mounting and are a common cause of knocking from the rear suspension under cornering.

Frequently asked questions

What is the rear anti-roll bar bush for on a Range Rover L322?
This rear anti-roll bar bush is the moulded insulator securing the rear anti-roll bar to its bracket on the rear cross member of the Range Rover L322 (2002-2012). It allows the bar to rotate with suspension movement while isolating it from the structure.
How many of these bushes does the job take?
Two rear anti-roll bar bushes are fitted per vehicle, one at each mounting point. Renewing both together keeps the bar located evenly and restores its roll control.
How do I know the rear anti-roll bar bushes need replacing?
Worn rear anti-roll bar bushes usually knock over bumps and allow extra body roll in corners as the bar moves in its mounts. Cracked, squashed or split rubber confirms they're due for replacement.
