Piston Ring Set for the 2.5L six-cylinder diesel, comprising the compression and oil control rings for one piston.

The rings seal combustion pressure against the bore, carry piston heat into the cylinder wall and meter the oil film left on the bore surface. Grade 0 is the standard, nominal bore size; the ring grade must match the bore and piston actually fitted, so confirm the bore size before ordering on an engine that may have been rebored.

Six sets are required to rebuild a complete engine.
