Piston Assembly for the 2.5L 300 TDi four-cylinder diesel turbo engine, machined to 0.010in (0.25 mm) oversize for a rebored block.

Each assembly is supplied complete with its piston rings, gudgeon pin and circlips, and is sold singly - four are needed for a full engine rebuild.

Oversize pistons are used once the cylinder bores have been machined beyond standard size to restore bore geometry. Measure each bore after boring and honing and confirm the running clearance before assembly.
