Piston Assembly for the 2.5L 300 TDi four-cylinder diesel turbo engine, machined to 0.040in (1.00 mm) oversize for a rebored block.

Each assembly is supplied complete with its piston rings, gudgeon pin and circlips, and is sold singly - four are needed for a full engine rebuild.

This is the largest of the standard oversize steps, used where earlier reboring has already taken the bores beyond the smaller oversizes. Measure each bore after boring and honing and confirm the running clearance before assembly.
