Genuine: Original manufacturer part.
This product is the original part designed and produced by the vehicle manufacturer.
Air Conditioning Condenser - heat exchanger in the air conditioning refrigerant circuit, mounted ahead of the engine cooling radiator in the front airflow path.
The condenser receives high-pressure refrigerant vapour from the compressor discharge and rejects heat to the passing airstream, condensing the refrigerant to a liquid before it passes on to the receiver drier and expansion valve. Condenser efficiency therefore sets the vent temperature the system can achieve; a fouled matrix or damaged fins typically show up as poor cooling at low road speed, when ram air through the front panel is at its lowest.
Specified for 4.0L V8 EFI petrol applications with factory air conditioning.

The refrigerant circuit must be recovered, evacuated and recharged by a suitably qualified technician when the condenser is replaced.
