These springs take the place of the original front air springs when an electronic air suspension system is converted to coil suspension. The rate is selected to reproduce the normal running height of the air suspension being replaced, giving moderate load carrying capability rather than an increased payload.

They are the front spring pair supplied in the TF222 air-to-coil conversion kit.
