The bump stop absorbs the last part of suspension compression, cushioning axle-to-chassis contact at full bump so the shock absorber is not driven to the end of its stroke. Original rubber stops harden, crack and break away with age, eventually leaving the axle to strike the chassis directly.

Supplied as a pair. Moulded from a specialist grade of polyurethane chosen for resistance to wear and fatigue while retaining the flexibility needed for long service life.
