It mounts to the inner door frame in place of the original trim board, closing off the door structure and window mechanism behind it. The moulded surface is wipe-clean, and fitting is a straightforward panel exchange.

This is the electric-window version, suiting doors fitted with powered window lifts. Finished in dark grey. Supplied as a single door card.
