Alloy Snatch Ring - a rigging component used in the winch line to redirect the rope around an anchor point, or to turn it back to the vehicle for a double-line pull.

Machined from aluminium alloy with a smooth radiused inner bore, it has no moving parts: the rope runs directly against the ring surface instead of over a pulley sheave. That makes it considerably lighter and more compact than a conventional snatch block, and it stores far less energy should the rigging fail under load. Rated at 18 tonnes minimum breaking strength (MBS).

For use with synthetic winch rope only. Not suitable for steel winch cable.
