Fuel Cooler Guard - an underbody protection plate for the diesel fuel cooler in the fuel supply and return circuit.

The fuel cooler is mounted beneath the vehicle alongside the chassis rail. Although partly tucked in by the rail, the cooler and its pipework remain exposed to rock and rut strikes off-road, and a punctured cooler will put the fuel system out of action. This guard bolts over the cooler and its connections so that impacts are taken by the plate rather than the cooler body.

Laser-cut and fabricated from zinc-plated steel, and supplied with all fixings needed to assemble it and mount it to the vehicle. For 2.2 and 2.4 TDCi applications.
