Locking Nut - RH Thread secures the right-hand threaded end of a heavy-duty steering rod within the steering linkage.

Heavy-duty steering rods are machined with a left-hand thread at one end and a right-hand thread at the other, so that toe and drag link length can be adjusted by rotating the bar without removing it from the vehicle. Once the geometry is set, the locking nut is tightened back against the track rod end housing to hold the adjustment and prevent the joint from backing off in service.

This is the right-hand threaded nut; the left-hand threaded nut for the opposite end of the bar is TFSRNUTLH.
