Tow Bar Electrics - 12N/12S for the towing electrical circuit, supplied as a wiring harness terminating in twin 7-pin sockets.

The 12N (normal) socket carries the trailer road lighting circuits - side, tail, stop, indicator and rear fog lamps - and is the only socket a standard trailer requires. The 12S (supplementary) socket carries the auxiliary caravan services: interior lighting, refrigerator supply, reversing lamp feed and leisure battery charging.

After installation, the towing function must be enabled in the vehicle's body control module with diagnostic equipment before the trailer lighting circuits will operate.
