Frequently asked questions

What is the Arken Grey touch-up pencil (LRC445) used for?
The Arken Grey touch-up pencil is a brush-applicator pen in Micatallic colour code LRC445. It's for precise spot repairs of stone chips, scratches and small paint defects, where the fine applicator suits areas too small for an aerosol. Apply in thin coats on a clean, dry surface.
Which Land Rovers does this LRC445 pencil cover?
LRC445 Arken Grey covers the Discovery 1 (1989-1998), Range Rover Classic (1986-1991, up to VIN HA610293) and Range Rover P38 (1994-2001) in CDN/MEX/USA LHD markets. Confirm your vehicle's paint code matches LRC445 before ordering, since the colour code governs the match.
Should I use the pencil or an aerosol?
The pencil suits small, precise touch-ups like individual stone chips and fine scratches, where an aerosol would over-spray. For larger blemishes a spray gives more even coverage. Both carry the same Micatallic LRC445 Arken Grey colour.
