Roof Rack Side Rail Gasket for the front roof rack side rail mounting, right-hand upper position.

This gasket seats between the front roof rack side rail and the roof panel, sealing the fixing interface so the side rail's mounting points stay weathertight and water cannot track into the roof at the fasteners.

What is the CAJ100380 roof rack side rail gasket used for?
The CAJ100380 is the front upper right-hand gasket that seats between the roof rack side rail and the roof panel. It seals the mounting interface so water can't track into the roof at the side rail fixings. Genuine Land Rover part for Discovery 1 and Discovery 2 fitted with a factory roof rack.
How many of these gaskets are needed?
Typically one CAJ100380 gasket is needed per mounting, since this covers the front upper right-hand position only. A full side rail reseal usually needs the matching gaskets for the other positions too, so order by position rather than assuming one seals the whole rail.
How is this gasket different from the other roof rack side rail gaskets?
This is the front upper right-hand gasket. The side rail uses separate seals for the upper and lower positions on each side, so confirm you need the upper RH part and not the lower or left-hand version. The positions are shaped differently and typically aren't interchangeable.
