Alloy Intake Pipe Kit for the induction system of the Td5 2.5L 5-cylinder turbo diesel, replacing the moulded intake ducting between the air flow meter and the turbocharger inlet.

The pipe is built from laser-cut aluminium cones, each rolled and welded so the diameter steps down gradually from the air flow meter connection to the turbo inlet, giving a smooth transition rather than the abrupt reduction of a moulded reducing hose. The induction tract runs under negative pressure, and the rigid alloy construction removes the hose collapse that can occur on tuned engines and on engines fitted with a larger turbocharger.

A CNC-machined breather take-off is included, so the assembly fits in place of the standard pipe without further modification.
