Radius Arm Bush - Front - To Axle is a yellow polyurethane bush for the axle end of the front radius arm.

The radius arms locate the front axle longitudinally and resist axle wind-up under braking and acceleration. This bush sits at the arm's axle mounting, where it carries the highest loads in the linkage. One is fitted per arm, so two are used per vehicle. As the bush deteriorates the axle is free to rotate and move fore and aft, producing steering shimmy, judder under braking and knocking from the front axle.

Polyurethane is more resistant to deformation under load and to degradation from oil and ozone than the original rubber, so axle location stays more precise as the bush ages.
