Coil Spring - heavy-duty front road spring, part of the front suspension coil spring and damper assembly.

This is the uprated front spring specified for vehicles carrying a front-mounted winch, where the additional nose weight would otherwise reduce static ride height and available suspension travel. It seats between the chassis spring turret and the front axle spring seat and works in parallel with the front damper.

Identified by a brown/pink paint colour code. The spring is not handed and may be fitted to either side. Front springs should be replaced in pairs so that ride height and rate remain matched across the axle.
