Locking Wheel Nut for alloy road wheels.

Fitted in place of one standard wheel nut per wheel, it uses a keyed pattern in place of the plain hexagon so the wheel cannot be removed without the matching key adaptor. It seats against the wheel in the same way as a standard nut and is tightened to the same torque figure.

Locking nuts and their key adaptor are a matched pattern, so a replacement nut must correspond to the key already held with the vehicle.
