Shock Absorber Bush - lower mounting bush for the front shock absorber, part of the front suspension damper mounting.

The bush is fitted in the lower eye of the damper where it locates onto its mounting pin at the axle end, isolating the damper body from the axle and absorbing the shear and compressive loads generated as the suspension articulates. A perished or worn bush allows the damper to move in its mounting, producing a knock over rough surfaces and accelerating wear at the mounting pin and the damper eye.

Supplied as a pair, sufficient for the lower mountings of both front dampers.
