Alloy steering guard - an 8 mm laser-cut aluminium underbody protection plate that mounts across the front of the chassis to shield the steering box, drag link and track rod from rock and ground-strike damage.
The plate is tapered towards the rear so it rides over obstacles rather than catching on them, and a row of laser-cut holes through the face maintains airflow to the radiator and cooling pack sitting behind it. The guard bolts to brackets on the chassis rails and can be removed for access to the steering and front suspension components.
This version is dimensioned for vehicles fitted with a winch bumper - the side brackets are spaced to clear the winch bumper structure and its mounting plates. A separate guard is available for vehicles running the standard front bumper.
