Relay is a 12V 60A change-over relay used in the vehicle electrical system to switch a high-current circuit through a low-current control signal.

The switched supply and load are carried on two screw terminals, while the energising coil connects via two blade terminals. Typical applications include the split-charge (dual-battery) circuit, where it isolates an auxiliary battery from the main charging system, and switching of the air-conditioning compressor clutch.
