Heater Blower Assembly Seal - sealing element within the heater and blower assembly of the heating and ventilation system.

It closes the joint between mating sections of the blower and heater housing so that the air moved by the blower motor is carried through the ducting to the vents rather than leaking at the housing joint. A perished or displaced seal typically shows as reduced airflow at the vents and air noise from behind the facia.

Renewed whenever the blower assembly is disturbed.
