Genuine Part
Genuine: Original manufacturer part. This product is the original part designed and produced by the vehicle manufacturer.
Vacuum Tube for the brake booster (servo) vacuum supply circuit, running between the engine vacuum source and the booster inlet port.

The brake booster relies on a stable vacuum signal to multiply pedal effort. A split, perished or collapsed tube bleeds off that vacuum and results in a hard brake pedal with reduced assistance.

For AJ-V8 petrol applications - 4.2L V8 supercharged and 4.4L V8 EFI. Left-hand drive routing.
Vehicle Model Range Rover 2002-2012 (L322)
Fitment Notes RANGE ROVER L322 2002-2009 — Brake booster vacuum tube. Petrol only: AJ 4.2L V8 Supercharged and AJ 4.4L V8 EFI (220KW). LHD. From VIN (V)9A303427.

Frequently asked questions

What is the LR018475LR brake booster vacuum tube?
The LR018475LR is the vacuum tube feeding the brake booster (servo) on the Range Rover L322. It carries engine vacuum to the servo, which provides the assistance that makes the brake pedal lighter to press.
Which vehicles does this vacuum tube fit?
It fits the Range Rover L322 (2002-2009) petrol models only: the 4.2L V8 supercharged and 4.4L V8 EFI. It's for left-hand drive vehicles, from VIN 9A303427. Confirm engine, drive side and VIN before ordering.
Why does a brake booster vacuum tube fail?
Vacuum tubes typically fail when the tube splits or perishes or the connections leak, which reduces brake servo assist and makes the pedal feel hard. A leak here can also cause a rough idle. Replace if the pedal firms up or you hear a hiss.
