Oil Filter Housing Cover is the cover for the cartridge-type oil filter assembly on 3.0 GDI petrol and 5.0 AJ-V8 engines.

This cover retains the replaceable filter element within the oil filter housing and forms part of the engine lubrication circuit. It is removed during oil service intervals to access and replace the filter element.
