What does the centre silencer do on a Defender 130?
The centre silencer sits in the middle of the exhaust system on the Defender 130 with the Puma 2.4L or 2.2L TDCi engine. It dampens exhaust gas noise between the front section and the rear silencer. This is a Genuine Land Rover part.
Does this centre silencer fit all Defender wheelbases?
This centre silencer fits the Defender 130 long wheelbase only (2007-2016 Puma 2.4L and 2.2L TDCi). The 90 and 110 use different length centre sections, so check your wheelbase before ordering.
