What is the washer reservoir cap used for?
The washer reservoir cap seals the filler neck of the windscreen washer bottle. It keeps washer fluid in and dirt out of the wash/wipe system. Fitted to the New Defender (2020 on) and Range Rover Velar, it's a genuine Land Rover part.
Where is the washer reservoir cap located?
The washer reservoir cap sits on top of the washer fluid bottle filler neck, usually in the engine bay near the inner wing. On the New Defender and Velar it closes the reservoir you top up with screenwash. It's the cap you remove to refill.
Why replace the washer reservoir cap?
