Heater Manifold - the rigid coolant tube that carries engine coolant from the engine block to the heater inlet hose, forming part of the cabin heater coolant circuit on the 5.0L AJ133 OHC SGDI V8 petrol engine, naturally aspirated and supercharged.

The manifold mounts to the block and provides the transition from the block outlet to the flexible heater hose feeding the heater matrix. It also carries the coolant sensor location for this section of the circuit.

This section of the circuit is a recognised coolant leak point: a weeping joint or a cracked tube presents as gradual coolant loss together with reduced cabin heat output. The same tube serves fresh-air heater, PTC heater and fuel-fired auxiliary heater builds.
