Coolant Overflow Hose for the engine cooling system, running between the coolant expansion (degas) tank and the cooling circuit.

As the engine warms, coolant displaced by thermal expansion passes through this hose into the expansion tank; it returns to the circuit as the system cools. This keeps the circuit filled and correctly pressurised and prevents air being drawn into the coolant passages. The hose is moulded to its installed routing so it clears the surrounding engine bay ancillaries without chafing or kinking.

For 2.0L I4 AJ200 Ingenium petrol applications.
