Trailer Coupling Wiring is the vehicle-side electrical harness of the towing electrics installation, connecting the body harness to the 13-pin trailer socket at the rear of the vehicle.

It carries the trailer lighting circuits together with the earth and supply feeds defined by the 13-pin (ISO 11446) connector, so that trailer lighting is driven through the vehicle's own control modules. This is the harness used with the factory tow bar installations - fixed flanged, detachable and deployable swan neck.

Supplied as a wiring harness. The tow bar, socket housing and mounting hardware are separate items.
