Silencer - Air Suspension Compressor - noise-attenuating silencer fitted to the Electronic Air Suspension (EAS) compressor.

It fits to the compressor's air port and damps the pulsing noise generated as the pump moves air, so the suspension operates quietly when levelling, raising or lowering the vehicle. Fitted in the spare wheel well alongside the compressor.

Port and thread sizes differ between compressor types - check the port on the compressor actually fitted before ordering. This is a suspension component and is unrelated to the exhaust system.
