Plain Washer from the radius arm and link mounting hardware.
The radius arms locate the front axle fore and aft and feed braking and traction loads into the chassis. This washer spreads the clamping load of the radius arm fixing across the bracket face, preventing the fastener head from pulling into the mounting and maintaining the clamp load of the joint in service.
