Parking Brake Cable - Right-Hand Side, part of the electric parking brake system.
The cable transmits the output of the electric parking brake actuator to the rear brake assembly, applying and holding the parking brake. It is supplied as a single cable for the right-hand side; the left-hand side takes its own separate cable.
