Air Filter Element - Left-Hand for the left air cleaner housing of the 3.0L supercharged V6 and 5.0L supercharged V8 AJ133 petrol engines.

These engines draw through two separate air cleaner housings, each with its own element. The filter media traps abrasive particulate before the intake air reaches the mass air flow sensor and the throttle body, protecting the engine and keeping the air flow signal accurate. The companion right-hand element is T2R1882.

Replace at the scheduled service interval, or more frequently in dusty operating conditions. A restricted element reduces air flow and can show as reduced power and increased fuel consumption. Clean any debris from the housing before fitting the new element and check that the housing seals evenly on closing.
