Front Axle Drive Shaft - left-hand side, operating within the front axle drive shaft and constant velocity joint assembly.

Transmits drive from the front differential output to the left-hand front wheel hub, with inner and outer constant velocity joints allowing the shaft to follow suspension travel and steering movement without a change in output speed. The left- and right-hand shafts are separate part numbers and are not interchangeable.

Clicking on lock, driveline vibration under load and a split joint boot are the usual reasons for replacement.
