Stainless Steel Braided Brake Hose Kit - six-line kit, standard length, replacing the original rubber flexible hoses in the brake hydraulic circuit.

Rubber brake hoses swell slightly under line pressure and swell progressively more as they age, absorbing pedal travel and softening pedal feel. A PTFE-lined hose contained within a stainless steel braid resists that expansion, so a greater share of pedal effort is delivered to the caliper pistons: the pedal is firmer and more progressive, and the sponginess associated with worn original hoses is removed. The braid also gives markedly better resistance to abrasion and corrosion than rubber.

The kit comprises six hoses with stainless steel end fittings, each hose carrying a clear PVC protective cover. Fitting plating is rated to 968 hours of salt spray protection, every line is pressure tested to 2000 PSI after assembly, and the hoses are approved to TUV, DOT, ADR and ISO standards.
