Front Brake Pad Set - friction pads for the front axle brake calipers.

Supplied as an axle set covering both front wheels. Pads are always renewed as an axle set so that braking effort remains balanced from side to side. They run against the front brake discs and are the primary wear item in the front brake circuit.

Disc thickness, surface condition and run-out should be checked at the same time, and the caliper slide pins cleaned and re-lubricated so the new pads wear evenly and release cleanly. Bed the pads in progressively before sustained hard braking.

This part number has been replaced in current production by T2R61947.
