Door Lock Cap - Front closes off the lock mechanism aperture at the end of the front exterior door handle.

It belongs to the front door exterior handle assembly, capping the recess that houses the locking mechanism and the handle's retaining fixing. The cap keeps dirt and water out of that recess and completes the finished profile of the handle, and it is the first item removed to reach the handle fixing when the handle or lock mechanism is serviced.
