The spring is captured between the seat on the lower suspension arm and the upper seat in the body, carrying the static and dynamic load of the rear axle while the damper alongside it controls the resulting motion. Specified for supercharged V8 petrol applications. Supplied as a single spring; two are fitted per vehicle, and they are normally renewed as a pair so ride height and rate stay matched side to side.
