Timing Gear Bolt - special-form fastener used in the timing drive assembly at the front of the Ingenium petrol engine.

It is one of the fixings that clamp the timing gear components in place behind the front cover, and is handled whenever the timing chain, sprockets or front cover are disturbed.

Applies to the 2.0L AJ200 / AJ20P4 and 1.5L AJ20P3 petrol engines, including PHEV. It is not used on the diesel variants of the Ingenium range.
