Window Regulator Assembly with integrated motor for the rear side door glass, left-hand side. Part of the powered door window lift mechanism.
The regulator mounts inside the door shell and carries the window glass on its lift channel, and its electric motor drives the glass up and down on demand. It works with the glass run channels and door seals that guide the window through its travel.

On replacement, the body control module may require software reconfiguration to prevent repeat motor failure (per technical service bulletin LTB00149).
