What are the signs a rocker cover needs replacing?
On the 2.2 diesel a failing rocker cover typically leaks oil from a cracked body or perished seal, or develops a breather fault that affects running. Oil pooling on the cylinder head or around the cover is the usual sign. Renewing it restores a sealed valvetrain.
